Alternative thawing method- Remove protective packaging materials including lid. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on Automatic Defrost for 10 minutes.

Fold lobster meat into Mac and Cheese to avoid direct heat to lobster. Add the pre-baked All-Natural bread crumb topping. COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL! Preheat oven to 375F. Bake on a sheet pan for 45 minutes In oven, only 30 minutes in a convection oven. Check the internal temperature seeking a minimum of 165F.

Ovens vary and may require additional cooking time.

Let the entree sit for 10 minutes before serving. For additional creaminess and flavor, try adding a pat of butter to each serving.
